Event Registration Terms & Conditions

Registration & Payment

By purchasing a ticket and registering for any of our events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Registration is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

All prices are listed in the applicable currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, processing fees, service fees, and payment processing charges may be added at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to the event organizer using the contact information provided on the event website.

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be limited to the ticket price paid and will exclude any applicable taxes, service fees, processing fees, payment processing fees, and other non-refundable third-party charges.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Event Cancellation

If the event is canceled by the organizer and is not rescheduled, registered attendees will be entitled to a refund of the ticket purchase price paid, excluding non-refundable taxes, service fees, processing fees, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges where permitted by law.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following the cancellation announcement.

Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, all registrations will automatically transfer to the new event date.

If the event is postponed and a new date is not announced within ninety (90) days of the postponement, attendees may request a refund of the ticket purchase price paid, excluding non-refundable taxes, service fees, processing fees, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges where permitted by law.

Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, presenters, venue, format, agenda, session topics, or event content at any time without prior notice.

Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

Attendee Conduct

The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, threatening, unlawful, or interferes with the enjoyment or safety of other attendees.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

Force Majeure

The organizer shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, modification, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, government actions, labor disputes, acts of terrorism, war, or other force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the event.

The organizer’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the attendee for the applicable event registration.

The organizer will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries within five (5) business days.

By registering for the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
